For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees or import charges.

We operate using an international fulfillment and dropshipping model. Processing time typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time is estimated at 10–15 business days.
Shipping times may vary due to customs, courier delays, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot change the delivery address.
