Shipping Policy

At TIMERATECH™, we ship to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, and USA. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our international suppliers.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time: 10–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, postal/courier delays, or peak seasons. These factors are outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take a few days to update depending on the logistics provider and the origin of the package.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other taxes by the destination country.

These charges are NOT included in the product price or the shipping cost.
The customer is fully responsible for paying any customs, duties or import taxes upon delivery.

Returns & Return Shipping Costs
