Refund & Warranty Policy

At TIMERATECH™, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are shipped from international partners and fulfillment centers (dropshipping model), we apply clear and transparent rules for refunds, returns and warranty claims.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items (within 48 hours)
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
To submit a claim, please contact us at:

and include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Clear photos and/or video showing the issue
- Short description of the problem
Once your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following options:
- Replacement: we send you a new item of the same model (subject to availability), or
- Refund: refund of the product price (non-refundable costs such as original shipping, customs or duties are not included, where applicable).
Important: In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we explicitly agree otherwise or local consumer law requires a different solution.
2. Warranty (6-Month Limited Warranty)
All watches purchased from TIMERATECH™ are covered by a 6-month limited warranty starting from the delivery date.
This warranty covers:
- Mechanical defects
- Movement malfunction not caused by impact or misuse
- Manufacturing defects in the watch case or internal components
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, minor cosmetic marks)
- Damage caused by impact, drops, accidents or misuse
- Water damage if the watch was used beyond its indicated water resistance or in ways not intended by the manufacturer
- Batteries, straps, bracelets, glass or cosmetic parts
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications

with your order number, photos/video and a description of the issue.
Approved warranty claims: In case of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace it with the same or equivalent model, or
- Offer store credit if replacement is not available.
Warranty claims do not entitle the customer to a monetary refund, except where required by applicable law.
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right of withdrawal for online purchases.
You may cancel your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Notify us within the 14-day period by email at timeratech.info@gmail.com stating clearly that you wish to cancel the order.
- Return the product to the address we provide, in unused condition, in its original packaging (including all tags, protective films, manuals and accessories).
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise required by local law.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund for the product price (excluding any additional services, customs fees or import taxes where applicable) within a reasonable period, typically within 7–14 business days.
We may deduct an appropriate amount if the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
4. General Return Conditions
Unless otherwise specified in this policy or required by law, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be in resellable condition (unused and undamaged) for change-of-mind/withdrawal returns.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards and protective materials.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in cases of damaged/incorrect items reported within 48 hours or where local law requires otherwise).
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipment; we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Unless required by local consumer protection law, refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Damage or defects reported after 48 hours from delivery for DOA (dead on arrival) cases.
- Products that have been used, worn or damaged by the customer.
- Returns that are incomplete (missing parts, straps, manuals, original box, etc.).
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
- Unclaimed parcels or refused deliveries due to unpaid customs duties or taxes.
- Delays caused by customs, local postal services or courier companies, which are beyond our control.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections or differences in colour due to display/monitor settings.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for Refunds)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling fees charged by the destination country’s authorities.
These charges are not refundable by TIMERATECH™ if you decide to return your order or exercise your right of withdrawal. Any such claims must be addressed to your local customs or tax authorities where possible.
